918Kiss, the app many still call SCR888, and 37 of its games

Plenty of players in Malaysia still call 918Kiss by its older name, SCR888, and the old page here used both in its title. It was a short sales note: a list of table games (The Bull, several roulette wheels, Single Pick, baccarat, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger), a promise of free downloads for iPhone and Android, and three download buttons. It never showed the app. What did survive is a folder of over a hundred screenshots from 37 games, and this page works through them one at a time. There are no files and no logins here, and nobody on this site can issue a 918Kiss ID.

What the 918Kiss lobby looks like

None of the old screenshots shows the lobby itself. The only app picture was a promo banner with two models under the 918Kiss logo, which we left out. So this part goes by the games, and they show how mixed the app is. The frames around the reels come in at least five styles, which points to titles from several studios gathered under one menu.

Older Western slots such as A Night Out and Highway Kings carry a Dollar Ball button marked Enable and a progressive jackpot across the top. Cartoon slots such as Aladdin, Alice and African Wildlife share a bar of three meters (Major, Random, Minor) with Line, Lines Bet, Double, Auto Play and Spin along the bottom. A third group, including Amazing Thailand, Great China and Japan Fortune, prints "50 Lines selected" and "0.01 Bet per line" above the reels. Cookie Pop, Halloween Party, Magical Spin and Money Fever put their meters in a side panel with a PRESS REVEAL strip under the reels. Then come three-reel cabinets on a red wall and animated card tables with chips from 0.5 to 1000.

Balances are plain numbers with no RM or MYR label, from 47.03 at the tables to 4,106 in a cartoon slot, so ask whoever issues your ID what one credit is worth. The table games the old text named, like The Bull, Roulette 12, 24 and 73 or Dragon Tiger, don't appear in any screenshot, so we can't describe them.

How an ID and credit work on 918Kiss

918Kiss has no sign-up screen and no top-up button inside a game. An agent, or a site with back-office access, creates your ID and password. You transfer ringgit by bank, DuitNow or e-wallet, and they load the same amount as credit. Cashing out goes back the same way: they take the credit off your ID and pay you when they decide to.

That balance belongs to 918Kiss alone. Credit on Mega888 or LPE88 stays where it is, even though several games below also turn up on those apps. Screenshot every transfer, start small and test a small withdrawal early. Nobody needs your banking password or TAC. The partner box at the end of this page is a separate casino with its own account, and it doesn't hand out 918Kiss IDs.

Installing and logging in to 918Kiss

The old page had three buttons: two iPhone builds, marked 64-bit and 32-bit, and one Android file. There was no Windows or browser version. The iPhone builds installed through an enterprise profile, the kind Apple revokes, after which the app simply stops opening. The file host behind all three buttons is gone, and we don't host or link app files.

918Kiss has never been in Google Play or the App Store. On Android, installing it means allowing "install unknown apps" for one source, so switch that off again afterwards. Treat any "918Kiss mod APK", "hack" or "latest version" link from a stranger as malware. Every spin is settled on the server, so a changed file can't alter a result, but it can read your SMS and your banking app. A slot app never needs accessibility, SMS or device admin rights.

Take the app and the login only from whoever issued your ID, and type the password into the app's own login screen. Our install notes for 918Kiss cover the same checks, and the logins section explains how fake login pages work.

The old site gave every game a short page of its own, usually a paragraph lifted from a review of some other casino or a different game. These sections go by the screenshots instead, in alphabetical order. The rest of the apps have their own lists on the other apps page.

8 Ball Slot

A three-reel machine in a brass cabinet. Numbered pool balls spin on one payline, and you play one or two coins of 0.25. The glass does the explaining: three 8 balls pay 800 on one coin and 2000 on two, three 15s or 14s pay 100 or 200, and the 1s and 2s pay 30 or 60. Any three striped balls pay 5 or 10, any three solids 2 or 4. The old page promised five reels and 25 lines. There is one line.

A Night Out

Cocktails with pear, kiwi, strawberry and orange, a pineapple drink and portraits of four young women. A frothy beer mug marked WILD is the wild, and the header says all wins pay left to right except scatters. Our shots play 20 lines at a bet of 0.20 or 1.00, under a Dollar Ball button and a progressive jackpot above 413,000. The portraits are pin-up style, so we left the pictures out. Joker123 has A Night Out too.

African Wildlife

Five reels of three under a thatched frame, 50 lines. The animals are a rhino, a lion, a zebra, an ostrich and an elephant, with safari kit in between: a pith helmet, binoculars, a backpack, a water flask, a compass on a map. A girl with a camera marked Bonus is the feature symbol. We saw no tigers or giraffes, whatever the old page said. A line bet of 1 or 2 gives a total of 50 or 100.

Aladdin

The Arabian Nights in red and gold. Aladdin sits in a gilt frame beside a bandit in a red headscarf, a curved sword, a flying carpet and a magic lamp, and the card ranks are drawn in curly letters. Twenty lines at a line bet of 1 make a total of 20. One shot has reel 4 wrapped in blue smoke mid-spin, clearly a feature, though no screen explains it. The old text was about a casino's welcome bonus.

Alice

Wonderland, a shade darker than the storybook. The Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter, a blue caterpillar, Alice and a black spade card with a face share the reels with a cupcake, a teacup, a teapot, a potion bottle and a book. A green WILD tile stacks down reel 2 in one shot. Fifteen lines at a line bet of 1 to 6 give totals from 15 to 90. Play8oy lists Alice as well.

Amazing Thailand

A Thai dancer, a lotus, ivory tusks, a golden Buddha head, a gold stupa and a Muay Thai boxer who stacks down a reel, with a tiger as the scatter. It runs 50 lines at 0.01, a 0.50 spin. The info card explains the Win-Win Feature: if the Triple Wild Feature pays nothing you get 100 times the bet, and totals up to 10 times the bet are topped up by 2 to 8 times.

Amazon

The oddest layout here. Seven round stone slots sit on a jungle temple in rows of two, three and two, with nine lines running through them. The animals are a cobra, a monkey, a crocodile, a jaguar cub, a blue parrot and a blue frog, with a tribal mask in a feather headdress in the middle. One win runs three lines through that mask, so it seems to act as a wild. The old page reviewed an unrelated UK casino instead.

Aztec Treasure

The logo actually reads Aztec's Treasure. Twenty lines at 0.01 make a 0.20 spin, under Minor, Random Jackpot and Major meters. The pictures are an eagle headdress, a gold calendar pendant, a gold necklace, a jaguar, a warrior in a green headband, a woman in a white headdress and a small gold idol. The old page tied the jackpot to a maximum bet and three coloured gems. None of our screens shows those gems.

Baccarat

Not a live dealer game, whatever the old page said. It is an animated table titled The 9 For 1, limits 1 to 1000, with Player and Banker also marked 闲 and 庄. Side bets pay 11 to 1 for Player Pair or Banker Pair, 0.54 to 1 for Big, 1.5 to 1 for Small, 25 to 1 for Perfect Pair and 5 to 1 for Either Pair. One hand ends 9 against 9, a tie, and the Player bet is pushed. Mega888 has Baccarat too.

Big Shot

Hollywood in cartoon form: a blonde starlet, a red sports car, a film reel, a clapperboard, a gold statuette and an actor in a tuxedo who stacks two high, plus a BIG SHOT logo symbol. It plays 20 lines at 0.01, a 0.20 spin. The free games are easy to spot: a message counts down the games left, and the spins play at a multiplier, x4 in one shot and x5 in another.

Boy King's Treasure

Ancient Egypt, with sphinx heads on the frame and pyramids behind. A cobra, a falcon, a gold lioness mask, a jewelled cuff and a blue hippo figurine share the reels with card ranks, and some positions stay blank. The panel works as a sum: 0.01 per line times 20 lines equals a 0.20 bet. A Jackpot box sits in the top corner, with Minor and Major beside it. ACE333 has Boy King's Treasure too.

Casino War

The simplest table in the app. You and the dealer each get one card and the higher card wins. The felt says tie bets pay 10 to 1, limits run from 0.5 to 1000, and there are several betting spots. In our shot the dealer turns a 9 against two player tens and the screen reads You Win: 2. The old page explained going to war after a tie. No tie came up, so we can't show that step.

Cherry Love

Tattoo-parlour romance in pink and black: a heart pierced by a dagger, a red rose, a flip-top lighter marked CL, a key ring and a gold ring, with silver card ranks. It plays 30 lines under Major, Random and Minor. After a win the gamble asks for red or black, doubling a bank of 2.00 to 4.00. One symbol is a woman in lingerie, so we only kept a screen without her. Mega888 has Cherry Love too.

Circus

A cartoon big top, with 馬戲團 (circus) under the logo. Two clowns, a horse, a tiger, an elephant, a monkey, a yellow seal with a red nose, bowling pins, a striped ball and a gold coin fill the reels. Twenty lines at a bet of 20, with Random, Major and Minor beside the logo and pointers marking the middle row. The winking pink-haired girl from the old text isn't in these screens. Mega888 lists Circus too.

Cleopatra's Gold

Only one of the two screenshots still opens. Cleopatra's portrait stacks three high on the middle reel, among a blue Bastet cat statue, an Eye of Horus, a winged scarab and a pyramid under a night sky, with carved card ranks. Twenty lines at 0.01 give a 0.20 spin, and the Random Jackpot read 7,903.77. The old page quoted coin sizes up to 5.00, which the screen doesn't show.

Cookie Pop

Snack counter fun: a chocolate bar marked WILD, a jar of cheese balls marked FREE SPIN, a WOLF crisp packet, cookies, popcorn and a sweet wrapper, with card suits frozen in ice cubes. Thirty lines at a bet of 30. The meters sit in a side panel, and the strip under the reels reads PRESS REVEAL before a spin and GAME OVER after. One shot pays 120 in total, 40 of it on line 6.

Coyote Cash

A Wild West heist. An eagle in a police cap, a raccoon in a bandit mask, an armoured van, a money bag behind a bank window, a cow skull and a cactus fill the reels, with card ranks cut from battered wood. The coyote with a revolver stacks on reels 4 and 5 in one shot, and a banner in another reads COYOTE DOUBLES THE PRIZE. It plays 25 lines at 0.01, a 0.25 spin.

Crazy 7

Another three-reel cabinet, this one purple, with one payline and one to three coins of 1 or 0.25. Three red 7s pay 100, 200 or 400 depending on the coins played, three green 7s 50, 100 or 150, three blue 7s 25, 50 or 75, and any three mixed 7s 5, 10 or 15. Bet One, Bet Two and Bet Max sit under the reels. For once the old page's figures match the glass.

Crystal Water

The logo says Crystal Waters. A sea turtle, a conch shell, angelfish, a seahorse and card ranks fill the reels, with framed tiles for a yacht, a dolphin and a striped orange fish. During free games the sky turns to night and the header counts down the games left. It plays 20 lines at 0.01, a 0.20 spin. The old page said the dolphin doubles wins on reels 2 and 4.

Dolphin Reef

Bright white reels and no jackpot meters. Sea turtles, a clownfish, a seahorse and a starfish are the pictures, with glossy card ranks, and a framed dolphin turns up on one winning line. Twenty lines, at 0.20 or 1.00 in our shots. After a win the gamble opens a Last Cards screen: pick red or black to double a bank of 0.22 to 0.44, or collect. Joker123 has its own Dolphin Reef.

Dragon Gold

The screenshot files are labelled Mystic Dragon and no title shows on screen, so the old name stays. One Jackpot meter sits over red reels with 20 lines at 0.01. The symbols are a red lantern, a green jade ball, a gold ingot, a pair of koi and a black tile with a red 福, plus brush-style card ranks. The button says PLAY. The old page described 243 ways, but the screen counts 20 lines.

Funky Monkey

A three-reel cabinet with a grinning monkey in pink sunglasses painted on the glass. One payline, one to three coins of 1, 0.5 or 0.25. The pay table climbs from any three bars at 10, 20 or 30 through the bars, bananas, sunglasses, straw huts and palm trees to three bongo drums at 800, 1600 or 2500. The old text described five reels and 20 lines. This machine has three and one.

Great China

中華之最, Great China, in red and gold. The Great Wall, a gold incense burner, a guardian lion, a red star, a 福 medallion and an emperor in a red hat share the reels with card ranks, and a panda stacks down the whole of reel 3 in the shot at the top of this page. Fifty lines at 0.01 make a 0.50 spin, with a Random Jackpot beside Major and Minor. ACE333 has Great China as well.

Green Light

Motor racing on a chequered background. A blue race car numbered 40, a gold car trophy, champagne, a driver in a laurel wreath and a podium girl with a sash are the pictures, and even the card ranks are chequered. A glowing green traffic light is the feature symbol, which the old page tied to free spins. We never saw them run. It plays 20 lines at 0.01, a 0.20 spin.

Halloween Party

Cute rather than scary: a mummy, a voodoo doll with a knife in it, a coffin, a witch, a skull with sweets and a green onion-headed ghost. A blue-faced zombie child in a gold frame is the WILD, and a carved pumpkin marked Free Spin is the scatter. Thirty lines at a bet of 30, in the same frame as Cookie Pop. In one shot two zombie wilds help pay 100 on line 16.

Highway Kings

Big rigs in red, green and yellow, with spark plugs, a steering wheel, a piston, a tyre, a jerry can, a petrol pump and a pair of red dice. A red truck marked WILD is the wild and a scatter sign turns up on reel 5. You play 1 to 9 coins, and our shots set 9 lines at 0.09. A Dollar Ball button and a progressive jackpot sit on top. The same game is on LPE88.

Hold'em (Casino Hold'em)

Casino Hold'em against the dealer, on the same animated table as Baccarat, not a live studio. You place an Ante and an optional AA side bet, see your cards and the flop, then Call or Fold. The dealer qualifies with a pair of 4s or better. The Ante pays from 100 to 1 for a royal flush down to 1 to 1 for a straight or lower. In one hand Two Pair beats One Pair for a win of 6.

Iceland

冰雪世界 on the logo, an icy world. A grey wolf, a walrus, penguins, a snowy owl and an orca share 50 lines at 0.01, a 0.50 spin. The gamble differs from the other slots here. Called Gamble War, it shows a banker card, tiles marked x4 to x10 and five face-down player cards, with Big, Small and Take Score buttons. Sky777 has Iceland too.

Indian Myth

印度神话 on the logo, in purple and gold. The symbols are a lit oil lamp, a white domed palace, a pink lotus, a dancer in blue, a bearded man and a gold cobra, plus card ranks. It runs 50 lines at 0.01, a 0.50 spin, with a Random Jackpot above 9,400. One shot pays on 8 lines at once for 0.24. Neither screenshot shows a bonus round. ACE333 also has Indian Myth.

Iris Luck (Irish Luck on screen)

The title on the reels is Irish Luck, and everything is green: a horseshoe, a pot of gold, shamrocks, a Claddagh ring, a Celtic knot and a harp. A red-haired woman is the wild, and a banner says wins double when she substitutes. Another promises a gold pots bonus for 3 or more pots anywhere. Thirty lines at a bet of 0.30 or 1.20, and wins can be gambled on red or black.

Japan Fortune

Red lanterns hang over the title. The reels hold a lucky cat, a red daruma doll, a torii gate, a fortune cookie, a Japanese castle, a geisha and a sumo wrestler who stacks down reel 3. A banner in that shot reads TRIPLES THE PRIZE, so the sumo seems to triple wins. Fifty lines at 0.01, a 0.50 spin. No pay table screen confirms the old page's 5,000 top prize.

Jin Qian Wa

金钱蛙, the money frog. Only one screenshot survives, and it shows a newer frame: five reels four rows deep on red silk, 40 lines at 1 per line for a bet of 40. A gold money toad with a red gem stacks on reels 2 and 4, next to a white elephant, a gold turtle and card ranks in red brush strokes. The dragons the old page listed don't appear. NTC33 has Jin Qian Wa too.

Laura

An adventure slot whose heroine is drawn to look like a famous video game tomb explorer, so we describe it rather than show it. The reels hold an oil lantern, a blue elephant idol, a gold mask marked WILD, a compass, a dagger, dynamite, a whip, sunglasses, a jeep and a fossil footprint. Fifteen lines, at 5 or 1 per line. A Double button opens a colour gamble. Play8oy has Laura too.

Magical Spin

A magician's stage in deep red. Jewelled crowns, a feathered fan, a masquerade mask, a bird cage, a gold coin, a rose and white-gloved hands are the pictures, and a crystal ball marked MAGIC WILD is the wild. Another ball reads CLICK WILD. It shares the Cookie Pop frame, with 25 lines at a bet of 25 or 125. The old page reviewed an online casino with a similar name.

Money Fever

American money in close-up: a split copper penny, 5, 25 and 50 cent coins, and $1, $5 and $10 notes, under a logo that says IN GOD WE TRUST. A steel safe marked SCATTER starts the feature. It uses the side panel frame at a bet of 25. The old page described a bonus game with a heat meter and four jackpots, but our screens stay in the base game.

Ocean Paradise (Dolphin on screen)

The game on screen is titled Dolphin. A shark marked WILD, a treasure chest marked BONUS, an octopus, a pufferfish, a gold coin, a seahorse, a purple dolphin, a turtle and a clownfish share nine lines at a total of 9. In one shot a giant shark's jaws fill two reels, and another lines up three wild sharks for a win of 85. The old page described a 720-way game from another studio.

Pan Jin Lian

Named after a character from a classic Chinese novel, with the cast as portraits: a stout man in a green hat, a long-haired man, a young woman with a flower in her hair and a man in a blue cap. A wine jar, a gold plaque, slippers, a fan and a hairpin fill the rest. A teahouse marked BONUS starts 20 free games, in which symbols that don't win turn grey. Nine lines. We left the screenshots out because of the header art. Joker123 has it too.
